Teisha Chisholm brings more than 15 years of experience across luxury residential sales, new development, sales and marketing leadership, and real estate operations to BlackLabel. With more than $79 million in recorded sales volume, including extensive experience representing luxury new-development sales, she has built her career around understanding real estate from every angle, from how a property is positioned and marketed to the negotiation, transaction, and long-term value of the asset.

Her career began in property management before transitioning into luxury residential and new-construction sales, where she successfully represented buyers and sellers throughout the Philadelphia market. After establishing herself in sales, Teisha advanced to Director of Sales & Marketing, expanding her expertise beyond traditional brokerage to include pricing strategy, forecasting, project branding, marketing, design and development planning, sales operations, and the overall buyer experience.

That combination of sales, marketing, development, and operational experience gives Teisha a comprehensive perspective on residential real estate. She understands not only how to negotiate and close a transaction, but also how thoughtful positioning, presentation, design, and market strategy can influence a property’s value and appeal.
